Delete your Niora account

You can request deletion of your Niora account and associated personal data here, even if you no longer have the app. You can also delete your account from Settings in the app.

How to request deletion

  1. Open the request form below. Enter the email associated with your Niora account and keep the account deletion request in the message.
  2. If you use Sign in with Apple and Hide My Email, include your Apple relay email for Niora and a contact email you can access.
  3. Our support team must verify that you own the account before deleting it. We may ask you to confirm through your account email or an authenticated session. Never send your password, sign-in codes, or health records in this form.

Submitting the form sends a request to support; it does not immediately delete your account. If you cannot access the account email, explain this in your message so support can help with verification.

What deletion covers

Your request covers your Niora account and associated profile, fitness and nutrition records, and uploaded content. Any legally required retention will be explained when applicable. We do not promise immediate erasure from every backup or third-party service; support can clarify the scope and status of your request.

Original records in Apple Health or Health Connect are managed separately in those services. Account deletion does not cancel a store subscription; manage any subscription through the store where you purchased it.
